AI-Generated Content: Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate reports. AI outputs may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before submission to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

4. User Responsibilities

5. Subscription & Billing

Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually in advance via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Refunds: We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase by contacting support or using the Billing portal in your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by OPTAXEL, LLCand are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTAXEL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
